Sales | The customer pays only for what he understands to use . |
For me the following simple principles apply:
- Technical equipment will be of use for a customer only if the user knows and understands its functions
- The capital expenditure is furnished by the customer only if a financial or idealistic benefit is expected
If new markets for a product are to be opened, it is the task of the sales function to find new customers to whom the above principles apply. A successful sales engineer must, on the one hand, control the technical side and on the other hand understand the interdisciplinary structure of the users thoughts. The sales engineer as an important information source of the markets needs, should be able to pass this information to the development and marketing department.
If you developed a technically complex equipment and look for support to sell it contact with me. I will be delighted to inform you about the possibilities of a co-operation.
