The customer pays only for what he understands to use.


For me the following simple principles apply:

If new markets for a product are to be opened, it is the task of the sales function to find new customers to whom the above principles apply. A successful sales engineer must, on the one hand, control the technical side and on the other hand understand the interdisciplinary structure of the user’s thoughts. The sales engineer as an important information source of the market’s needs, should be able to pass this information to the development and marketing department.
